2. The company will bear the cost for shipping costs incurred upon returns;
however we will be choosing the shipping method. Requests for shipping methods, in this case; will not be entertained. (In the event of a return of set merchandise, please include all items in the set in the condition that it was delivered in when making the return. If even 1 item is missing from the set (or, an included item or accessory), the Company will not be able to process your return.)
3. In the case of “At Customer’s Convenience”
Should an item not be to your liking (because you wish to change the color change the order completely), please understand that we do not accept returns. Also, we will not be able to accept your return in the following cases.
